Ultimate Boss ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Information We Collect

• Account data — your name and email address when you sign in.
• App data — habits, goals, tasks, time blocks, mood logs, reflections, and notes you create inside the app. This data belongs to you.
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve app performance (no personal identifiers are attached).
• Subscription data — managed through Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
• Device data — device type, OS version, and crash reports used solely to fix bugs.

How We Use Your Data

• To sync your content across your devices.
• To personalise your in-app experience and score calculations.
• To manage your Pro subscription status.
• To send optional push notifications you have explicitly opted into.
• To diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is strictly necessary with:

• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
• Apple / Google — authentication and payment processing.
• Cloud storage providers — encrypted sync only; providers cannot read your content.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers within 30 days of your request.

Push Notifications

We send notifications only when you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time in your device Settings → Notifications → Ultimate Boss.

Children's Privacy

Ultimate Boss is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
