By downloading or using Ultimate Boss you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the creators of Ultimate Boss. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the app.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Ultimate Boss Pro is available at $7.99 per month.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
• To manage or cancel your subscription: iOS — Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Ultimate Boss → Cancel. Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Ultimate Boss → Cancel.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
• Win-back offers and promotional pricing are subject to eligibility requirements set by Apple.

3. Free Trial

Where available, a free trial period is offered to new subscribers only. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the app or its underlying code.
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, user accounts, or backend systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the app or API by automated means.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding within Ultimate Boss are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Your personal data and content remain entirely yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ultimate Boss is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Productivity outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Ultimate Boss after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
