Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Ultimate Boss → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ultimate Boss → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS refunds, or contact Google Play support for Android. Refunds for partial billing periods are at the discretion of the platform.

I resubscribed — how do I restore my purchases?

Open Ultimate Boss → Profile → Restore Purchases. This reconnects your active subscription entitlement. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to subscribe.

My habits / tasks aren't syncing across devices

Make sure you're signed into the same account on both devices and have an active internet connection. Pull down on the home screen to trigger a manual sync. If the problem persists, email us with both device types and your account email.

My Boss Score looks incorrect

The Boss Score is calculated at midnight each day based on your habits completed, tasks checked off, and time blocks logged before midnight. Retroactive completions after midnight affect the next day's score. Tap the score ring on the home screen to see a full breakdown.

Can I use Ultimate Boss offline?

Yes — all core features (habits, tasks, time blocks, focus timer) work fully offline. Your data syncs automatically when your connection is restored.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Profile → scroll to Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

We love detailed bug reports. Email info@strategicstyleco.com with the steps to reproduce, your device model, and iOS/Android version. We aim to fix confirmed bugs in the next release.

Will there be an Android version?

Android support is on the roadmap. Sign up to be notified when it's available by emailing info@strategicstyleco.com with "Android Waitlist" in the subject.
